Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the MistBox website (mistbox.ca) and placing an order, you agree to abide by these & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not with these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our website or making any purchases. Thank you for your understanding. 

  • MistBox offers authentic fragrance decants, sample sets, and related products. All prices are in CAD and may change before checkout.

  • Orders are accepted subject to availability; MistBox may limit quantities or cancel orders.

Order Processing & Payment

  • Payment must be completed at checkout. MistBox is not responsible for delays or failures caused by payment processors beyond our control.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is carried out according to our Shipping Policy. Shipping times are estimates. MistBox is not liable for delays resulting from courier issues or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused, sealed items if MistBox is notified within the return window.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

  • Customers may cancel orders before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations can be handled only via refused delivery/return to sender, with return shipping costs on the customer unless the error was ours.

  • Damaged or incorrect items received must be reported within the claim window; MistBox will replace or refund such items at our discretion.

Intellectual Property & Content Use

  • All website content, including text, images, and branding, belongs to MistBox. Use, copying, or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

  • MistBox strives for accuracy, but makes no guarantees on site content, pricing, or availability.

  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including misuse of products, courier delivery issues, or lost packages after delivery confirmation.

Policy Changes

  • MistBox may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of mistbox.ca after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Ontario, Canada law, and any disputes will be resolved in the Ontario courts.
