At MistBox, every fragrance decant is hand-filled, inspected, and carefully packaged to ensure a premium experience from the moment you place your order. This policy outlines how and when your MistBox order will arrive, as well as what you can expect during the delivery process.

Thank you for shopping with Mistbox! We want to ensure you have all the information you need about how we process and ship your fragrance decants. Please read the following policy carefully.

 

​Where We Ship

MistBox currently ships within Ontario only, with primary service to Toronto and the surrounding GTA. Due to transport regulations related to alcohol-based products, we are unable to ship to other provinces or internationally at this time.

 

Processing Time

  • Each decant is prepared fresh when your order is placed.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Pickup details will be sent after the order is ready
Pickup is by appointment only

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery times begin after your package is shipped, not when the order is placed.

  • Timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays, or seasonal volume.

 

Shipping Restrictions
  • Ontario shipping only.

  • No international shipments.

  • No shipping to P.O. boxes.

  • Alcohol-based fragrances may require age verification upon delivery.

  • Someone 16+ should be available to receive the package.

Address Accuracy
  • Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

  • MistBox is not responsible for:

    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

    • Packages were delivered to the wrong addresses entered by the customer

    • Delays caused by courier rerouting

    • Unclaimed or returned packages

  • Reshipping fees apply if a package is returned due to address errors.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
  • Contact MistBox within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged (include clear photos).

  • If the package is marked Delivered but cannot be found:

    • MistBox will assist with a courier investigation

    • Refunds or replacements depend on the courier’s outcome

  • MistBox is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.​
